Simple Risk Register for Jira
Simple Risk Register helps you manage project risk without leaving Jira. Track each risk in a visual 5x5 matrix, update scores quickly with drag-and-drop, and connect risks to Jira issues so mitigation work stays visible.
What you can do
- Visualize risks in a Probability x Impact heatmap for instant prioritization
- Create, edit, and delete risks with structured fields (title, description, status, owner, mitigation plan)
- Drag and drop risks on the heatmap to update their probability and impact scores
- Switch to table view to sort, filter, and manage risks in bulk
- Link risks to Jira issues and see related risks from the issue view panel
- Export and import risks via CSV for reporting and data portability
- Copy risks as markdown for easy sharing in documentation or chat
- Review change history on each risk with full audit trail
- Monitor risk health in a Dashboard with KPI cards, trend intelligence, and confidence scoring

How scoring works
Each risk is assessed on two dimensions:

Where the app appears in Jira
After installation, the app provides two entry points:

Project Page - Risk Register: Access from the project sidebar to manage all project risks in one place. This is your main workspace for risk management.

Issue Panel - Related Risks: View on any Jira issue to see which risks are linked to that issue. Provides quick context without leaving the issue view.
